Drink for the Orient
I have decided (though I must admit that it was very much a no-brainer) that my drink of choice for the Japanese leg of my journey shall be none other than the Sake Martini.
3 parts Gin to 1 part Sake
I believe one can garnish this with cucumber but I'm thinking a lemon peel might go down better.
Bravo I say!

I highly recommend the local apricot wine, or umeshu as it's know sushi-side - it goes down a treat on the rocks during a balmy summer's eve!
How are the preparations going for the upcoming up-diddly-up with the flying boys? Swimmingly, I hope?
Can't wait to reacquaint myself with Sgt M's fluffy uniform! Will you be bringing your manservant, or at least one of your privates, you know, to keep your boots buff & c?
